Golden Tee Inclusive Golf is a trailblazing, community-based organization in Kenya dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into the world of golf. We are currently registered under the Ministry of Social Services and are in the process of securing registration with the Ministry of Sports. Our mission is to break down barriers, celebrate diversity, and provide equal opportunities for all to experience the joy of golf, regardless of physical or intellectual abilities.

Golden Tee Inclusive Golf Official Launch – March 2023
In March 2023, Golden Tee Inclusive Golf held its official launch at the historic Kenya Railway Golf Club, marking a major milestone in our mission to promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities into the game of golf. The launch brought together a diverse group of supporters, including representatives from the Kenya Golf Union (KGU), Kenya Ladies Golf Union (KLGU), Junior Golf Foundation (JGF), and other key stakeholders from the golfing community.
The event was further honored by the presence of a former PGA President from Canada, whose attendance underscored the international recognition and support for our cause. Their collective presence and messages of encouragement affirmed a strong commitment to promoting diversity, accessibility, and opportunity in golf for all.
This memorable day showcased the incredible potential of inclusive sports to transform lives and reaffirmed Golden Tee’s vision of creating a future where every person—regardless of ability—can swing a club, share the course, and experience the joy of the game.
Meet the Founder – Ann Wangui Irura
Founder of Golden Tee Inclusive Golf, Ann is a certified inclusive golf coach and passionate advocate for disability inclusion. Her work has empowered athletes with disabilities to compete — and win — on the world stage.
